Recipe exchange

From my sister’s friend Katrina:

4 chicken breast skinned
150 g cooked easy cook rice
3 finely chopped spring onions
2 lightly beaten eggs
100g petit pois

Method

Heat a wok add vegetable oil, dice chicken and add to the wok when cooked about 5 mins, add the cooked rice then the spring onions and cook for 2 minutes, add the egg and petit pois cook for 2 minutes stirring to break up the egg.
Transfer to a dish and keep warm. serves 4.
