Recipe exchange

From my sister’s friend Sarah:

Oat cookies

2 cups sugar

¼ cup cocoa

½ cup milk

¼ cup raisins

½ cup chunky peanut butter

1tsp vanilla essence

¼ pound marg

3 cups quick-cooking oats

1) Heat sugar, cocoa, milk, marg in a pan until it starts to boil

2) Take pan off the heat

3) Leave the mixture to cool for about 5 mins then add vanilla, peanut butter, raisins and the oats. Stir well

4) Take spoonfuls of the mixture and place on grease proof paper.

5) Leave to cool.

6) Eat and enjoy
